One of Braun Construction Group’s strong qualities is our expertise in providing
Preconstruction Services. The practice of Preconstruction Services is similar to
how a LEED Project should be approached. The team should be working together to
review budgeting, value engineering, design and LEED Credit Points. A LEED Charrette
should be held to go through each credit point and determine which points are going
to work best with the project. Our staff has worked on many Construction
Management projects up front through this process as well as General Contract
LEED projects. We are qualified to meet the LEED requirements for all types
of construction and contract agreements.
