Green Practices

Green building practices eliminate a significant portion of construction waste and promises long-term benefits for building operations, including reduced energy consumption, improved employee production and health, higher re-sale value, reduced insurance risks, and reduction of impact upon civil infrastructure. Green construction practices enhance architectural aesthetics by utilizing available natural resources, and promises long-term benefits and cost savings for a building’s owner, operations and tenants.

Sustainability

Braun Construction Group provides clients with easy-to-understand information. This may include various options available to incorporate Green elements in their next project. The key to success is to incorporate sustainability into each option from the onset of the development effort. Factors include: site selection, demolition (where applicable), choice of building materials, and a road map to the construction process. Our team members coordinate with architects to ensure proper planning and execution of Green building design. Braun Construction Group facilitates pre-construction planning, general contracting, and construction management processes to gain the maximum level of LEED accreditation possible for your project.
