• Large decorative water fountain in the center of the park
• New children’s play area off Martin Street
• Granite paved Merrill Street
• Relocation of Marshall Fredericks statue to center of Merrill Street
• Relocation of WW II and Civil War monuments
• Performance stage area with open lawn space for large audiences
• Reconstructed parking lot
