IBM put it’s new regional office in the heart of Downtown Detroit within the Ally Detroit Center Building that Braun Construction Group worked on in 2018. This TI build-out consists of approximately 10,571 SF that was tailored to IBM’s unique and energetic culture. While walking through the office, you will notice individual room signage representing places within Downtown Detroit (i.e. Lafayette, Woodward, Greek Town).
