Braun Construction Group provided Construction Management Services to an existing 30,213 sf office building, remodeled into an Event Center known as The Meridian. The remodel consisted of 5 salons, 2 guest suites, an indoor color changing water feature, a large catering room, and a prefunction area. This space can hold up to 1,800 guests! Keeping the largest of gatherings in mind, utilizing the space to its fullest potential was essential. To do this, manually operated wall partitions were installed to create 5 individual salons or one large open floor plan. With brand new finishes from top to bottom and a state of the art sound system, The Meridian of Farmington Hills is the perfect space to host your events.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:
Through the renderings put together by Alexander Bogaerts, The Meridian had events already booked in early January for a party of 400+ people; although it was still in the framing and drywall stages, making this a highly sought out venue.
