INA USA Corporation, is a leader in technical innovation, design integrity, and low cost manufacturing processes. Our team was hired to provide construction services for their new corporate headquarters and testing facility in Troy, Michigan.
The headquarters was built in two phases:
- Phase I included 50,000 SF of administrative office space and 30,000 SF of support space. This phase included eleven dry test cells, a chassis dynamometer, and fuel farm storage areas along with the special mechanical and electrical support systems.
- Phase II included adding eight more dry test cells, two fired engine test cells and one chassis dynamometer and expanding the mechanical and electrical support systems.
This project involved intensive coordination with the owner to ensure the operational support systems met requirements that were communicated properly to support the entire building program within the Phase I design.
