Regency at Bluff’s Park is a beautiful, state-of-the-art short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care facility. Designed to have the feeling of a boutique hotel, Regency at Bluff’s Park features 37 private rooms and 17 semi private rooms for 71 beds, a bright homelike atmosphere and meals prepared by an Executive Chef.
Braun Construction Group performed extensive demolition and renovation to the existing five-story building while constructing four separate additions (60,000 SF ) to the original structure. Great care was taken to salvage and refurbish a majority of the existing structure to benefit the environment.
Regency at Bluff’s Park is Certified LEED Silver for new construction.
